About Me

Spencer C. Knox, MD

I am a second-year Gastroenterology Fellow at University of Massachusetts Medical School-Baystate Medical Center (Springfield, MA), and completed Internal Medicine residency training at Orlando Regional Medical Center (Orlando, FL), Orlando Health’s flagship 808-bed tertiary referral center.

I graduated as a member of the Alpha Omega Phi Honor and Service Society from American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine (AUC), earning my MD in December 2014.

My goal is to provide modern, up-to-date medical care for patients seeking evaluation and management of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), liver disease, with special interest in celiac disease. I also have an interest in general gastroenterological care. In the (near) future, I hope to get involved in artificial intelligence (AI) as it applies to gastroenterology.

This website represents my account of Internal Medicine residency and Gastroenterology fellowship training, from the perspective of a new parent and tech fan.
