A pearl I learned from people way smarter than me: you will know the training program is the “right fit” when you can see yourself working late into the evening with the person across the interview table.
The big interview day is an extremely short, yet important, time. Most interviewers already agree that the interviewee’s credentials are solid. It is your job as the interviewee to decide if you can see yourself growing and thriving at that location. Focus your energy on determining if the people (those who will be training you) are genuine, are friendly, are human. You will spend more time with your work family than with your partner/family. You will be molded into the professional you seek to become by the people training you.
